U3A Southern Highlands Inc. is a not-for-profit incorporated Association under the  Associations  Incorporation Act (NSW) and operates in accordance with the principles of the University of the Third Age (U3A). Our Constitution sets out the objectives and principles of the Association, the rights and responsibilities of members, the responsibilities and manner of election of the Management Committee, and rules of operation.
